Hiring Support Admin Executive
We are seeking a full-time Travel Admin to join our dynamic team. If you have an experience working as admin support for a travel business and if those who know you best describe you as a natural helper who feels the need to be an integral part of a team – then this is the position for you!
The Role:
As a Travel Admin, you will be providing administrative and back-end support for the team and assist the travel advisors on their requests, if required. The successful candidate will be a creative problem solver; have excellent written skills; strong oral English communication skills and work well in a team.
Responsibilities:
• Arrange, manage and coordinate all aspects of the business to meet the specific needs of the team
• Collate and distribute mail. Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
• Provide administrative and back-end support for the team and assist the travel advisors on their requests, if required
• Coordinate various office support services, including purchasing and facilities management
• Review and recommend management action to improve standard operating procedures
• Act as the point of contact among employees, clients, and other external partners
• Anticipates assistance needed by identifying problems, needs, options, and solutions before being asked
• Possess a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information; maintains employer’s privacy by keeping information private
• Represent the Company with a high degree of professionalism
• Work independently and/or within a team on special projects as assigned
Requirements:
• At least three years of experience as a Support Administrator in hospitality, travel, and tourism.
• Should be an exceptional organizer, communicator, multitasker and problem-solver
• Knowledge in Salesforce CRM system
• Capable of managing a demanding workload with a strong sense of urgency and flexibility to change as needed
• Must be a a team player, organized with strong attention to detail
• Impeccable listening skills and strong desire to learn
• Act as the point of contact among employees, clients, and other external partners
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of people; from staff through high visibility/wealthy clients and business partners
• Strong sense of respect, teamwork, dignity, and integrity
• Proficient in MAC IOS and G-Suite
