Hiring Accountant.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant who is an expert in UAE directives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, directives, and reporting requirements.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.
• Conduct regular internal audits to identify and address any discrepancies or issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Stay up to date with changes in UAE financial laws, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) designation preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial accounting, with a strong understanding of UAE directives and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems.
