TPM Williams is looking for a Junior Planner for an infrastructure work project based in Dubai, UAE.
About the Job
• Develop project program in accordance with the project scope of work.
• Ensure the timely preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Prepare KPIs as required.
• Prepare narratives for reports, analyze achievements and their likely effects on remaining scope of work.
• Attend regular progress meetings.
• Conduct site visits and update the baseline program.
• Identify the potential areas of delay, highlight the critical events & suggest/provide mitigation measures to minimize those delays during progress meetings.
• Coordinate in preparing any documentation required for claims.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
• Experience of 4-5 years in infrastructure projects in the UAE
• BSc in relevant discipline
• Excellent communication skills
• Good technical writing, client facing skills.
• Experience with P6 software
• Knowledge on EOT claims will be an added advantage.
