We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Principal to join a Blended Learning US Curriculum School in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide visionary leadership and direction for the school, aligning with the school’s overall strategic vision and values.
• Lead and motivate a team of dedicated teachers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and professional learning environment.
• Oversee the curriculum and driving improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Manage the school budget effectively and efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with parents, students, and the wider community.
• Represent the school at various school events and external functions.
Qualifications and Experience:
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience as a school leader, ideally in a US curriculum school.
• Proven experience and expertise in implementing school improvement strategies
• A strong track record of improving academic performance within an international setting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to motivate and inspire others.
• A commitment to providing a high-quality education for all students.
• Experience working in a diverse and multicultural environment is a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential.
