Hiring Jr. Cost Control Engineer
With minimum of overall 2-5 years + experience in contracting
Required:
• Must be available in the UAE
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Basic cost control procedure and resource relocation
• Familiarity with cost control software or ERP Systems
• Having knowledge to implement earned value management (EVM)
• Quantity take off and estimate
• Proficient in Excel
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Control & monitor project total expenses including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from supplier, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Review & Assign cost code of each material requisition
• Review & Assign cost of each labour daily productivity report
• Prepare monthly cost reports
• Create budget based on information provided by tender team
• Quantity take off if required.
