Salon Receptionist required
Location: Creek Harbour, Dubai
Salary - AED 4,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients as they arrive at the salon and provide them with a warm welcome.
• Answer phone calls and emails, respond to inquiries and schedule appointments accordingly.
• Maintain the salon’s appointment schedule, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking appointments.
• Manage client check-ins and check-outs, processing payments and handling cash transactions.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized, ensuring it reflects the salon’s high standards.
• Assist salon staff with administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Monitor inventory levels of salon products and supplies, placing orders as needed.
• Provide information to clients about salon services, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle client feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Collaborate with salon staff to ensure smooth coordination of client appointments and services.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role in a salon is a MUST.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using salon management software and computer systems.
• Knowledge of salon services and beauty products is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners would be preferred
