Buildmark Contracting LLC is looking for an Architectural/Structural Draftsman with 3 to 4 years of UAE experience in a Contracting Company. The candidate shall be experienced in the following and shall be available to join on an immediate basis:
Key Responsibilities:
• To gather all information from the design drawings and specifications and to prepare the required structural and architectural shop drawings.
• Hands-on experience in preparation of detailed structural shop drawings and Architectural ensuring all the requirements are in accordance with Authorities standards and regulations.
• Proficient in drafting of RCC /Steel structures, complete detailing drawings for mid- rise residential, villa, commercial and industrial building projects.
• Skilled in Foundation, slab detailing, beam elevation, reinforcement plan & schedule. Knowledge with the architectural and finishing related shop drawings will be also required.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and civil engineering principles and construction techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in architecture, civil engineering, drafting, or related field (preferred).
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
