Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk support for desktop computers and other information technology systems. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as resolving hardware and software issues, providing technical assistance to end-users, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
Qualifications
• Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skills
• Experience with desktop computers and information technology systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and security principles
• Proficiency in relevant software and hardware systems
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Information Technology or related field
