Looking for Head of Maintenance for a Contracting Company (Abu Dhabi).
• Minimum 10 Years experience in luxury villas Maintenance.
• Experience in HVAC, Electrical and plumping.
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
• Driving license mandatory.
• Fluent in English ( Arabic is a plus )
• Experienced with all Microsoft office applications.
• Have good knowledge of using ERP system.
• Good leadership skills and already managing a team.
• Prefers Villa experience or residence.
• Nationality - Open
• Gender- Open
• Should have experience of handling a team of plumper, electrician etc.
