Responsibilities:
• Oversee operational services with precision and efficiency
• Report any deficiencies and provide recommendations for improvement
• Execute thorough quality checks adhering to LQA standards
• Support Front Office operations during peak periods and meal times
• Participate in AM/PM briefings, delivering comprehensive updates
• Effectively handle and resolve guest issues or complaints
• Strategically schedule rotas to optimize guest service within budget constraints
• Assist in problem resolution across various departments
The ideal candidate will possess:
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within the 5-star hospitality sector
• Fluent English language skills; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
• Flexibility to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues
• Previous experience in the Middle East preferred
