Requirements:
• Excellent communication in English is a MUST.

• Additional languages would be an Asset.
• Verbal and written communication skills are required to be able to communicate properly with clients, business owners etc.
• Negotiation skills: Able to conduct price negotiations to secure properties at a potentially profitable rate.
• Analytical skills: Property consultants are skilled in carrying out property market research and survey to identify properties generating the most profit.
• Sales and customer service skills are an extra asset.
• Confidence in the market and yourself.
• The ability to think on the spot.
