We’re searching for a skilled Scrum Master to join our client in Dubai. As a crucial link between product owners and teams, you’ll ensure projects stay on track and deliverables are met promptly.
• Employment Type: One-year extendable contract (On-site)

Responsibilities:
• Lead the scrum team in utilizing agile methodology and scrum practices.
• Facilitate collaboration between product owners and development teams for enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Guide scrum and development teams towards self-organization and removing impediments.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct retrospective exercises at the end of each sprint to improve team performance.
• Provide regular updates on sprint progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
• CSM Certification.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency in Agile techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
• Adaptability and focus in a dynamic environment.
