Hiring Senior HR Manager Vacancy in Dubai, They are partnered with a beauty and cosmetics brand entering Middle East market. This will report to both CEO and regional GM, this 360 role is hands-on, you will lead HR objectives set out by HQ for the Middle East region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic HR leader with a keen sense of urgency, recruitment and talent in guiding employees through change and ongoing expansion. Ideally, your skill set will include a well-rounded HR Business Partner background in a fast-paced Beauty environment, supporting management with performance management, training, discipline, statutory compliance, and maintaining positive working relationships.
Beauty & Cosmetics industry experience is essential.
