We are urgently hiring an Accounts /Finance Manager for Newmatic Intl Fzco in DUBAI
Key Skills:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts cum Finance Manager to head the Accounts Department in our organization. The Accounts Manager’s responsibilities include monitoring the day-to-day operations of the overall accounts department, preparing all day-to-day financial & accounting transactions, supervising the staff, preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, preparing tax returns, and UAE VAT & TAX audit preparations. Must well know in commercial VAT & Tax laws of the UAE. Must have a solid working knowledge of financial analysis skills, be an expert in ERP skills and Excel skills, and be highly organized.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain the financial health of the organization.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
• Lease with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
• Work Location: Jabel Ali Freezone - Dubai
• Salary Range: AED. 15000 to 25000
• Ready to join with 1-month maximum time. (Candidate must be available in UAE)
