Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary support lead for Dynamics 365, focusing on Commerce (Retail), Supply Chain, and Finance modules, addressing issues related to Retail, Insurance, Inventory, and Finance Operations.
• Engage directly with end-users across retail, supply chain, and finance departments to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
• Conduct in-depth training sessions for staff on leveraging Dynamics 365 ERP functionalities effectively, emphasizing features relevant to retail, supply chain, and finance operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancement opportunities, optimizing ERP configurations to support evolving business needs.
• Lead in the deployment of ERP system updates, including pre- deployment testing, rollout planning, and post-deployment support. • Oversee and manage security role configurations and user permissions across ERP, ensuring secure access control and
