Hiring HR Executive for Besomi Electronics Group!
Location: UAE (Dubai)
• Experience: 3-5 years in UAE
• Specialization: Strong background in recruitment
• As an HR Executive at Besomi Electronics Group, you will play a key role in shaping our dynamic team and driving our talent acquisition efforts forward. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
• Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
• Talent Management: Implement effective talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and programs.
• HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements in all aspects of HR operations.
Key Qualifications:
• Proven experience in HR with a focus on recruitment
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Experience in employee relations, onboarding, and performance management
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field,
• Certification in HR is preferred
