Position: Dispatch Agent
Work location: Dubai
Salary range: AED 2700 to AED 3000 + Visa provided
Salary range for own-visa holders: AED 3500
Experience: An experience of at least 1 year is required in the UAE logistics company.
About the role:
The station operator helps manage the operational workflow for all station activities, including but not limited to documentation, system updates, receiving of the parcel, loading, unloading, performing station inventory, and related tasks for the warehouse assisting the station supervisor in charge of all matters
Responsibilities:
• Skilled use of the system for station data monitoring
• Responsible for monitoring and receiving the DC station arrival parcels
• Responsible for sorting the parcel of the courier’s dispatch area.
• Responsible for performing a security check of the parcel of the courier before leaving the station.
• Perform daily station inventory activities
• Receive the abnormal parcels from the daily dispatch of the courier
• Shelving of the parcels on the Inventory
• Dentify and assist in sending parcels that are subjected to returns to the client
• Ensure that all station assets are well organized.
• Perform other tasks as per Supervisor’s Requirements.
