Sales Representative required
Job Description
• Identifying and prospecting potential customers within the designated territory
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales
• Presenting and promoting the features and benefits of the company’s feed products to customers
• Conducting product demonstrations and providing samples to customers
• Answering customers’ inquiries about product specifications, prices, and availability
• Negotiating and closing sales deals with customers
• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Attending industry events and trade shows to network with potential customers
• Providing feedback to management regarding customer needs and preferences
• Reporting on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns
• Participating in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture or related field.
• Have strong & vast knowledge/experienced in the field of sales or customer service and in feed industry.
• The applicant should be familiar with the area they are designated with.
• Self-motivated & results-driven.
• Strong organizational and time management skills. Problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
• Have experience in UAE/GCC feed industry.
• Driving License is mandatory.
• Knows how to speak Arabic. Other languages is an advantage
