Estimator
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Gather proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents for estimation.
• Identify labor, material, and time requirements from blueprints and specifications.
• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to compute costs.
• Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
• Present prepared estimates with numerical and descriptive information.
• Prepare special reports summarizing information and trends.
• Maintain cost database by entering and backing up data.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years fit-out experience.
• Preferably with Architectural Degree or BSc in Interior Design.
• Knowledge of trending designs and strong subcontractors database.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Capable of discussing and explaining client needs.
• 2-4 years UAE experience.
Site Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Control 2-3 projects simultaneously.
• Manage site, toolbox talks, site setups, safety inductions, and subcontractor supervision.
• Update site programs, monitor site progress, conduct risk assessments, and perform daily HSE checks.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Office/Retail Fit-Out.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, approvals, and scheduling.
• Experience with FastTrack Projects and Interior Decoration.
• Strong supervisory and management skills.
• Candidates shall be willing to relocate to Dubai.
