Hiring HR Executive (with JAFZA Experience)
We are currently looking to hire an experienced HR Experience to join our team immediately.

Major responsibilities:
• Managing and improving HR operations.
• Managing employee relations.
• Responsible for overseeing the department overall and may have additional responsibilities assigned to them as needed.
Skills required:
• Expertise in HR Management -Preference to the candidates having JAFZA Experience.
• Knowledge of HR Operations and best practices.
• Experience in Employee Relations and managing HR policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a relevant field.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and prioritize workload.
• Experience in the manufacturing or steel industry is a plus but not required.
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management
Experience:
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of UAE experience in related field.
• Seniority Level:
