Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at AGILE EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICES in DUBAI, UAE. As a Sales Executive specializing in Ecommerce Last Mile Delivery, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the courier and last-mile delivery industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Collaborate with vertical marketing and field marketing teams to identify and nurture leads, contributing to targeted new revenue growth.
• Opportunity Creation: Develop opportunities within assigned geographies through a value-based approach, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers, ensuring profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the Ecommerce industry, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Sales Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, generate insightful reports, and present findings to senior management to drive strategic decision-making.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the courier/delivery industry, with a focus on Ecommerce last-mile delivery.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the UAE Ecommerce market and industry trends.
