We are looking for a versatile and dynamic HR operations manager to oversee and integrate our HR operations. The HR operations manager oversees the successful execution of HR processes and technologies to drive an efficient and optimal employee experience.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement school HR policies and procedures
• Manage HR functions include performance management and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Maintain payroll and benefit administration
• Develop and oversee employee training and development programs
Requirement and skills:
• Knowledge of the UAE labor legislation and HR best practices
• Proven experience to handle the same role more than 3 years
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Bachelor /Masters in HRM
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Decision-making skills
