Responsibilities:
• Office Administration: Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth flow of office operations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records and documents, including real estate-related paperwork.
• Client Relations: Communicate with clients professionally, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
• Data Entry: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in our databases.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams within the company to facilitate efficient operations.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in office administration is required.
• Experience in real estate administrative tasks are valuable advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive and proactive attitude.
• Location: Al Barsha, Dubai
• Salary: 3000 AED
