Hiring Assistant Manager CRM
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
• Drive Salesforce adoption in the country.
• Train and monitor the CRM business outcomes for the country - sales, conversion of CRM data etc.
• Monitor service ticket closures and TAT on CRM.
• Drive continuous improvement in CX metrics such as NPS, google reviews, ORM escalation TATs etc.
• Induction of all new store CRM team members in the country.
• Monitor and manage performance of Store CRM.
• Own customer data quality for the country, ensuring high levels of data fill rate on CRM.
• Liaison with Store Heads to solve CRM related gaps in the store.
• Provide inputs to the CRM Trainer for closing gaps in CRM related training.
• Process improvement suggestions wherever required, to improve customer experience, sales or efficiency.
Requirement:
• Minimum 5 years of CRM experience.
• Retail Experience is a Must
• Graduate preferably in Marketing or related field.
• CRM certifications is preferred.
• Strong Salesforce experience, experience with implementation cycle is advantageous.
Offer
• Salary AED 7,000 - AED 10,000 - Subject to experience
• Visa, insurance, Annual ticket to home country
