Landscape Project Manager required
• Report submission to the higher management authorities.
• Communicating project details to clients and other team members throughout the planning and implementation process.
• Coordinating with other members of the design team to ensure that all aspects of the project are addressed.
• Managing budgets and time frames to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Preparing proposals and managing bids to help ensure that projects are profitable, while also keeping costs within budget guidelines.
• Coordinating a team of designers, architects, engineers, construction workers, and others involved in the actual construction process.
• Project cost controlling.
• Reviewing plans for potential problems or issues with the technical team before submitting them to clients for approval.
• Organizing and managing all aspects of the project from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting.
• UAE driving license mandatory.
• Salary will be discussed upon interview.
• Previous experience in Irrigation, Swimming pool & Landscape will be advantage.
