• Strategic Planning: Create strategic plans for healthcare initiatives.
• Project Management: Lead and manage healthcare projects.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Compliance: Stay abreast of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Budget Management: Manage program budgets for financial sustainability.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to assess program outcomes.
• Community Outreach: Engage in community outreach initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in healthcare program management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare system and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Project management certification (preferred).
• Ability to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
