Job description:
• Minimum of three years’ experience in software business analysis role.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder communications and facilitate workshops, demonstrating strong verbal and written skills.
• Experience in process modelling and prototyping.
• Knowledge of/experience with QA processes and testing requirements.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or an equivalent combination of technical education, training, and work experience.
Good to Have:
• Experience with Salesforce/ Mobile applications.
• Experience working with user stories in an agile framework.
• Experience in JIRA or similar defect tracking tools.
