Public Relations Officer

We are business setup consulting company located in Dubai and due to growth, we are looking for Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage all licensing and regulatory compliance matters for our clients;
• Act as the main point of contact with government authorities for licensing and documentation purposes;
• Facilitate visa and permit processing for employees for our clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion;
• Maintain organized databases of licenses, documents, and critical information to facilitate efficient access and retrieval.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth coordination and fulfillment of documentation requirements.
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) at list for 2 years;
• Strong knowledge of government procedures and compliance requirements of DED, Tasheel, Amer, Immigration etc.;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with government authorities;
• Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment;
• UAE driving license;
• English level: professional.
