Hiring Senior Database Administrator (SQL)

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement MS SQL database systems to support our company’s applications and services.
• Ensure the performance, integrity, and security of all databases.
• Collaborate with software developers and system administrators to optimize database functionality.
• Monitor and maintain database systems performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Conduct regular system tests and evaluations to ensure database performance and availability.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to database design, configuration, and troubleshooting procedures.
Requirements:

• Experience working with MS SQL Server in a production environment
• Strong understanding of database architecture, principles, and best practices
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers
• Experience in database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of database security and data protection measures.
• Familiarity with database backup and recovery procedures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Practical communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate) will be a plus.
