Location: Al Saraha Real Estate Company, [Abu Dhabi - UAE]
Compensation: Salary of 6000 dirhams + Commission
Language Proficiency: Arabic and English, or English and Russian, or English
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Demonstrated sales record of at least 30 million dirhams annually.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, or English and Russian, or English.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a high-performing sales team, setting sales goals and strategies to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales plans to maximize revenue and market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to the sales team to optimize performance.
