Skills
• Must have knowledge and experience in WMS
• Candidates with Diploma in Supply chain Management or other equivalent degree with Supply Chain Management can apply for this position.
• Must be a Graduate
• Must have People Management skills
• Must be Pro-active and ability to pre-plan
• Must be able to lead, manage and motivate a team, crisis management, problem solving skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and written/spoken English skills.
Description
• Supervising unloading & loading activities
• Supervising put away activities
• Supervising Pallet picking activities
• Supervising box picking activities
• Handeling consumable collection, distribution for daily usage & update inventory reports
• Guiding the team with achieveing KPI & KRA goals
• Lead the team with safety and quality in operations
• Daily productivity & man hours record to be analyzed
• Ability to do Team planning and manpower alloaction.
• Ability to handle operationsla issues in proper manner
