Vacancy: IT Assistant required
Experience: 2-3 years in UAE.
Jobs Responsibility:
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with IT-related inquiries.
• Hardware Maintenance: Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Software Installation: Install, update, and configure software applications and operating systems on employee devices.
• Network Assistance: Help maintain and troubleshoot network connections, including Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewall and LAN setups.
• Data Backup and Recovery: Implement and monitor data backup procedures to ensure data integrity and assist in data recovery when needed.
• Security: Assist in maintaining and enforcing IT security policies, including user access control and password management.
