Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and potential candidates.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai job market and recruitment landscape.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.
• Familiarity with relevant HR software and tools.
