• Must have a minimum of 1-year experience in Dubai Real Estate
• Proven track record in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan properties.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, especially the off-plan sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach.
• English / Russian / Arabic / Chinese Speakers

• Offer expert advice on suitable off-plan properties.
• Showcase off-plan properties, highlighting unique features and investment potential.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial client contact to closing deals.
• Build and maintain a strong network within the real estate community
• Negotiate and close real estate transactions
