Requirements:
Location: Abu Dhabi
• Must Have Skills :
• 3+ years of AA software robots development experience
• 10+ years of IT Industry experience with proven maturation
• Must have worked in full RPA life cycle from requirements definition through workflow development, testing and deployment, successfully completed at least 3 enterprise level engagements
• Must have demonstrated experience in understanding the Vision and Mission of large organizations and working with key stakeholders to promulgate their Vision, Priorities within the Organization.
• Must be able to quickly understand technical roadmaps, industry best practices for implementing RPA and weave them into business solutions required by various program offices.
• Must have proven experience working in agile teams, following full development, testing and deployment in short sprints.
Technical knowledge/skills :
• Automation Anywhere
• API Development (using RESTful or other standards)
• ERP systems functionality from a data, integration perspective
• MS Office suite
• Past experience as a full-stack developer, using any modern, open-source stack
• Intelligent AA bots development experience, infusing ML code in RPA workflow
Others:
• Good familiarity with modern technologies, tools, the cloud platform etc.,
• Strategic mindset with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Must have good knowledge about organizational change management, must be able to shepherd change in the organization.
• A solution focused self-starter.
• Highly dependable and detail- and action-oriented.
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Outstanding verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills, with ability to present technical topics to non-technical and technical teams.
• Strong inter-personnel skills with ability to work with internal technical team and customers, stakeholders.
