Hiring Senior Analytics Consultant
Location: Dubai, UAE (Contract Position)
Are you a seasoned analytics professional with a passion for data-driven decision-making and performance optimization? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analytics Consultant to join our Client in Dubai.
This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension, where you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization.
Key Accountabilities:
Define SMART KPIs:
• Develop, monitor, and review SMART KPIs for Sales and Non-Sales teams across the company.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Maintain, develop, improve, and automate end-to-end reports.
• Interpret data and provide key business insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with stakeholders to guide them in achieving KPIs.
• Collaborate with departmental heads and senior management to develop a Balanced Scorecard.
Performance Benchmarking:
• Benchmark the performance of various Sales and Operational units.
• Produce and present analyses and recommendations to senior management.
Data Expertise:
• Handle and consolidate large, complex datasets with expertise.
• Perform Time and Motion studies to create capacity models.
Statistical Analysis:
• Analyze Sales and Non-Sales Performance using statistical models and BI tools.
Relationship Building:
• Maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders and drive KPI maturity for the organization.
• Performance Benchmarking:
• Establish performance benchmarks in alignment with the market.
Workshops:
• Deliver performance management-related workshops.
Experience and Technical Knowledge:
• 8-12 years of experience in Performance Management.
• Proven expertise in setting organizational, departmental, and individual KPIs/BSC.
• Proficiency in Power BI and other tools (SQL, Oracle, Python, R, etc.).
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Business Management or Engineering.
• Experience in KPI/BSC within Big4 consulting, Real Estate, or Prominent Banks is a plus.
• Certification in Balanced Scorecard, KPIs, TQM, or Malcom Baldrige framework is a significant advantage.
