Job Description:
As a Tax Manager with Client, you will play a pivotal role in managing our tax affairs, with a primary focus on VAT, Corporate Tax, and Economic Substance Regulations (ESR) compliance in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all VAT-related activities, ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
• Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize corporate tax liabilities.
• Navigate and ensure compliance with the UAE’s Economic Substance Regulations.
• Provide expert advice on emerging tax issues and legislative changes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize financial decisions.
• Keep abreast of evolving tax laws and regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional tax certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CTA) is preferable.
• Proven experience as a Tax Manager with in-depth knowledge of UAE tax laws.
• Expertise in VAT, Corporate Tax, and Economic Substance Regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
