Job Title: General Accountant
Job Location: Dubai
• Education: Bachelor/Master Degree
• Nationality: Filipina preferred
• Proficiency in ERP and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience: 2-4 Years of UAE Accounting Experience
• Salary: 3000 Plus Company Accommodation
Key Responsibilities:
• Checking daily POS sales Deposits both Cash & Credit, reconcile the bills with Bank Transfer, Posting Journal Entries
• Accounts Receivable: Oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, Posting Entries, collections and follow up.
• Taxation: Manage all aspects of taxation, including computation of VAT. Output Reconciliation and ensure timely and accurate filing and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Reconciliation & Fund Management: Reconciling Cash book with Bank on regular basis, forecasting the fund requirement on weekly basis, Tracking P.D.C issued and cleared, Weekly budget
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of Restaurants budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
• Cost Calculation & Control: Monitor and analyze different costs centers, including food and beverage cost, function cost, Recipe Cost and overhead expense.
• Monitoring and preparing utility bills and follow up for the online payment approvals.
• Petty Cash Management.
