Jr. Planning Engineer
• Responsible for drawing up work schedules and related delegating tasks, analyzing project trends and health.
• Should have good experience in delay analysis
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to update procurement status.
• Develop and maintain planning control structures in alignment with the approved project work Breakdown structure.
• Integrate planning, budgeting, and cost analysis activities.
• Good communication skills with the project’s stakeholders, especially with subcontractors to follow up and monitor their required reporting.
• Well organized to maintain the project technical logs with proper follow-up and high.
• Claim awareness and preparation are an added advantage.
• Knowledge of delay analysis techniques
• Should have graduated in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• A Junior planner with 1 to 3 Years in UAE with a Building Contractor side.
Education
• Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil)
Location

Salary Range
2,500 to 6,000 based on experience
