Urgently looking for L1 Support to work in NOC. The ideal candidate must have experience in monitoring and command center and ticket clearing. Immediate joiners to apply. Must have knowledge in alerting and monitoring tools
Complete L1-related tasks for Server and system management
ROLE DETAILS
• Monitor alerts related Servers, Systems and Databases using Monitoring tools
• Ensure 100% of committed deliverables are met
• Sending required Reports and Dashboards
• Ensure the monitoring team follows the defined policies and procedures assigned
• Management of alerts raised by Infrastructure elements
• Perform daily health checks (System, Servers, Network devices, etc.)
• Knowledge of Windows & Network Infrastructure
• Perform operations based on the documented procedures
• Assist in the analysis of the reporting and alerts raised by various security devices
• Monitoring the Security Solution for health and availability
• Ensure proper tracking of the alerts/requests received until closure
• Ensure first cut notification about major incidents is sent to respective stakeholders on preliminary information
• Timely Escalate the issues to the next level & Communication will be sent to all the resolver groups
