Hiring IT Support Engineer & ODOO Software Professional (Arabic Speaker)
Location: Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supporting and maintaining the of all IT-related hardware/software.
• Expertise in ODOO Software MUST.
• Responds to IT technical assistance requests.
• Support all the site(s) IT activities and the local IT site operations.
• End-to-end knowledge on IOS and Android Features and supporting skills, Installs, configures maintains printers, copiers, AV systems, Meeting room equipment, Microsoft Teams, Zoom clients • Configures official email via internet on mobile phone device
• Good Understanding of LAN, WAN, WIFI, Windows Client OS, iOS, MAC and Android
• Check Security logs from (Servers firewalls, switches, routers, etc.), monitor network traffic, run virus scans, and ensure security patches are up to date to avoid security breaches.
• Skills (job specific technical skills and behavioral competencies needed)
• ODOO software proficiency.
• Strong technical background in IT systems and support.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to clearly understand and respond to needs as communicated by other members of the team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English & Arabic (both written and spoken).
Minimum Qualifications/education:
• Bachelor Degree in IT/computer science.
• 5 -7 years experience in IT support.
• Professional IT certifications are preferred (eg. CCNA, ITIL, GSuite, MCSA, MacOS, Jamf, FortiNet).
