Hiring Finance Manager
Office Location: (Dubai, UAE).
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Budgeting:
• Develop and manage the company’s annual budget, including revenue projections, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of budgetary goals with the overall strategic plan.
• Monitor budget performance and make necessary adjustments.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Provide regular financial reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
Cash Flow Management:
• Monitor cash flow and ensure the company’s liquidity needs are met.
• Implement strategies to optimize cash management and working capital.
• Manage banking relationships and credit facilities.
Financial Strategy and Risk Management:
• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the company’s long-term objectives.
• Assess and manage financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations.
Financial Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
• Coordinate financial audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Cost Control and Expense Management:
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures.
• Review and approve expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines.
Team Management:
• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, including accountants, analysts, and financial planners.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Financial Forecasting:
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Forecast revenue, expenses, and financial performance based on market trends and internal data.
