• UAE Experience: Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and site management within the UAE, particularly with Al Sayyad Group, showcasing a deep understanding of local regulations, practices, and standards.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using relevant software and tools for design, project management, and construction.
• Project Oversight: Ability to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed within specified timelines and budgets while meeting quality standards.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities to address unexpected challenges that may arise during the construction process.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and fellow team members.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborative mindset, working effectively within a multidisciplinary team, and providing technical expertise and support.
• Site Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols on the construction site to maintain a safe working environment.
• Location Availability: Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to work within the country.
