Position: Site Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reporting To: Operation Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Coordination: Collaborate closely with clients to finalize material samples and ensure that their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Project Scheduling: Assume responsibility for creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed within established timelines.
• Resource Management: Efficiently manage and deploy resources, including labor teams, machinery, and equipment, in accordance with the project schedule.
• Material Management: Oversee the procurement and management of project materials, ensuring timely delivery to the construction site to prevent delays.
• Subcontractor Management: Take charge of subcontractor coordination, performance monitoring, and overall subcontractor management to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in site engineering and construction management.
• Strong project scheduling and resource management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in material procurement and management.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
