Requirements and Qualifications:
• Experience Counts: We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2-5 years of valuable UAE experience.
• Customer Liaison: Your role will involve effective communication with customers to schedule technician visits for on-site service.
• Scheduling Expertise: You’ll be responsible for scheduling and tracking servicing due dates.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring third-party certification of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is part of your responsibilities.
• Logistics Whiz: Prepare purchase inquiries and requisitions using Oracle.
• Organized and Diligent: Maintain and file job cards meticulously.
• Team Player: Collaborate closely with the Assistant Manager to coordinate field service technician assignments.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English speaking is essential.
• Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
