Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO) - UAE National
Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a dynamic and motivated UAE National to join our team as a Public Relations Officer (PRO). As a PRO, you will play a crucial role in representing our company and maintaining positive relationships with government authorities and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with all government regulations and licensing requirements.
• Handle the processing and renewal of visas, permits, and licenses.
• Coordinate and manage the documentation required for official approvals.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to PRO activities.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of government reports and documents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and relevant authorities.
• Keep abreast of changes in government regulations and communicate updates to the organization.
• Handle any other PRO-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
• UAE Nationality is mandatory for this role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and government regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
