We are looking for a Real Estate Agent / Property consultant Agent who has a passion for building lasting client relationships.
Commission Based Only. No Salary but we provide visa sponsorship, basic health insurance, and leads.
Position: Real Estate Sales Agent (Commission-Based)
Location: Smart Heights, Barsha Heights United Arab Emirates

Requirements:
• UAE experience (at least 1-year experience as a Real Estate Agent in UAE)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Responsibilities:
• Respond to leads on time and do follow-up to convert to appointments and track all client updates using a database system.
• Look for properties that meet the Client’s requirements and schedule viewings to close the deal.
• Stay up to date with the real estate market and the home buying and renting process.
• Write and submit offers on behalf of clients, effectively negotiate offers, and oversee the entire process to close.
