• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource/Psychology.
• Must be knowledgeable with DOH, MOH, DHA License submission, *Dataflow Applications, and other licensing processes & portals in UAE.
• Must have at least 2 years of work experience as an HR & Licensing Officer in a Health Care Facility.
• Organized and can work with minimum supervision.
• Has great time management skills and can multi-task.
• Responsible and can handle work pressure.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible with a positive attitude.
• Currently located/willing to be relocated to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Can join immediately or in less than a month
Key Skills and Behaviors:
• Solid Arabic and English Language skills (spoken, reading and written).
• Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
• Experience of managing competing demands and working well under pressure.
• Ability to communicate with employees at all level
