• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the UAE.
• G+4 or above license from Dubai Municipality.
• Extensive experience working for consultancy firms, both on site and in the office.
• Extensive experience in civil activities in mid-size projects.
• Extensive experience reviewing and coordinating the architectural and SMEP drawings pre and post construction.
• Managerial skills and experience to run weekly meetings and supervising contractors.
