Qualifications/Educational Requirements
• Degree or above in Accounting / Finance or other related disciplines
• At least 1 year of UAE experience is required (Real Estate-Property management)
Responsibilities and Duties
• Registration of Deal report (Sales & Leasing) in 1C
• Utilities payment
• Cheques management
• Financial Reporting
• Booking and Reconciliations
• Bank Transactions and Reconciliation
• Knowledge of 1C Software
• Excellent MS Package (Excel, Word and Outlook) skills Understanding of Trial Balance Nature of accounts
• Complete balance sheet management, including detailed reconciliations and monthly reviews with Management.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and standards skills
• VAT Preparation and Submission
